Hi I have a Smart meter and it is plugged in approx 10ft from the Meters under the stairs, I cannot move it any closer as there is no where to plug it it.
Since we moved to Eon Next the meter stopped uploading initially both my gas and Electric readings. Now when I checked my account the Gas has not uploaded for 119 days.
I have tried calling and messaging and never get a response.
Tried the basis switch it off n on again and still nothing, the smart meter does sow me my costs but does not seem to be uploading the Gas readings.
Thanks for the info, it's probably something @PeterT_EONNext can fix fairly quickly. If not, there's a bunch of diagnostics I can help with to figure out what to do next.

Please by all means, they eventually rebooted or reconfigured my smart meter and now my energy has gone from £102 to £206 a month which I do not understand, this is from Feb 2022.
