My Feed -in Tariff was transferred to you from E.on on the 10th Feb 2022. However I am unable to find my account as it is not linked to my Gas and Electricity account.
I have emailed you and messaged you on FB, yet have had no reply.
Please could you tell me where my feed-in Tariff account has gone and could you rectify this matter as a matter of urgency.
Hi All! Sorry about your accounts not being linked up. When your FiT accounts move over to our system from E.ON Energy, the accounts are assigned separate account numbers and do require manual intervention for us to link these up online for you.
@gregf & @kjhnor - You should both be able to view your FiT and Energy accounts online now, when you log in, you'll have the option to switch between the two π
@KPLlewellyn - I've replied to you here if you'd like to check there π
@InvisibleName - It looks like both your Energy and your FiT account are under different names, for this reason, I won't be able to link these right now. Both yourself and the other account holder will need to call us so we can gain both of your permission to link them together, so please give us a call when you can on 0808 501 5200. The lines are open weekdays 9am - 5pm.

I've heard recently that there can be cases where the FiT Account doesn't get linked up properly. I'll see if @PeterT_EONNext can fix that as he's managed to pull it off for a few people.
