Mine still missing over a month after being moved, PeterT_EONNext can you sort mine out too?? Seriously poor customer service, we get no say in being moved and you cant even link accounts properly which now also means we have missed our window.
@PeterT_EONNext when can i expect my fit account to be linked as i have now missed my fit reading schedule because eon did not send have not linked my accounts. it says use the switch account button but there is not one!!

My Feed In Tariff has disappeared, I called and there were some issues with the transfer. So I had to change the email address. Can my accounts be linked together. I can not find any details about payments, new tariff from 1st April.
@Fortty Not sure why you had to change your email address but if you direct your question @PeterT_EONext or start a new thread, I'm sure he'd be more than willing to help you. :)
@PeterT_EONNext Hi, I am in the same boat here. Eonenergy FIT account was moved over with no warning or communication in the last couple of weeks but I can't see it anywhere in my eonnext account. Additionally, I am in the midst of switching energy bills away from Eonnext so I am doubly concerned that it could get lost!
We can't access our FIt account either. No way to contact Eon Next to get it sorted - we've been on hold for over an hour. Even social media requests are ignored. We have emailed the readings (as requested by Eon Next for 31/3/22) but don't expect it to be sorted any time soon. We couldn't input the readings for January either!
