@PeterT_EONNext Perhaps you can help me as I have similar situation to those in this thread.
My current property has both FIT and Gas/Elec Energy accounts which have both recently been switched to EON next. However I can't see either of these accounts when I login. I believe the reason for this is that just before I moved out of my last property (around 18 months ago) I was switched to EON next. I seem only to be able see that old, inactive account and not either of the new FIT and Energy account. I use (used) the same email ID for all three.
Anything you can do here? Thanks. -
Is anyone able to help with this #account issue? Or perhaps I should email? Trying to get through on the phone is proving fruitless.

Also, a related question: why can I not continue to supply my quarterly FIT readings on the same dates as I have since my system was registered? It disrupts my record-keeping, and year-to-year comparison, to change the reporting dates.

@XelaStan - I'm afraid as your email address isn't currently linked to your live energy account, I wouldn't be able to locate your account from here to join together your Fit and Gas/Electricity accounts online ๐ It's an easy fix though, so if you currently have open accounts with us here at E.ON Next, please get in touch with us directly so an Energy Specialist can complete this for you.

@CMB - It looks like your accounts are now linked together, so please let me know if you're unable to switch between these when you're logged in online.
In relation to your FiT payments/readings, you'll need to speak to our dedicated FiT Team as this isn't something I'd be able to answer here I'm afraid. They have a direct number you can call them on which is 0808 501 5218. They're available on this line weekdays 9am - 5pm.

It looks like your accounts are linked, so you should be able to switch between these when you log in online.
Please let me know if this isn't the case.
