Having read some of the threads, it looks like others are having the same problem as me and it looks like @PeterT_EONNext might be able to help me.
I paid my December bill by bank transfer on 21 December and since then I haven't been receiving my monthly bill. I sent a meter reading 21 days ago in the hope it would generate a bill but so far my account balance is still reading £0.00.
Let me know what information you need from me Peter.
I'm quite happy to have free electricity if you insist though, lol!
I'm sorry to hear that you hadn't received a bill. With your move from E.ON Energy over to our system here at E.ON Next, things got a little stuck.
I've fixed this for you now and you should receive an email shortly to let you know that a bill is ready for you to view online.
(I also wish for free electricity one day, that would be the dream!)
