Why doesn’t e-on answer their phone or emails ?

I am sorry you are having trouble reaching us! Its a very busy time for us right now 😫. That being said, we always want to be there for you!
As mentioned above one of the quickest ways to contact us is via social media; Favebook, Twitter & Instagram. The energy specialsts on social media are working 24 hours, 365 days a year so you are going to get a reply!
There is a little backlog at the moment with wait times still being longer, but they are working as hard as they can and will reply to you as soon as they can!

Whatever happened to the old fashioned way of contacting a company, by contacting the company, now we have to reach out to them on a media forum, thank god for progress☹
