On the new app , I can top up my gas but not my electric . Is there an issue with the new app! My electricity is low and I can’t see anywhere where I can transfer my credit between my meters to temporarily top up my electric.
im working all day and Eon can only help between 9-5 I’m at work longer than these hours? Has anyone else had this issue?

I am. I can select amount to top up but when trying to pay the screen just says there is a problem. Like you i am getting low on electric but only have electric so cant even transfer
Hiya! I think there's probably a bug going on here, but I'm not a customer so I can't dig into it. @Beki_EONNext might be able to though. :)
