Hi everyone not sure if anyone can help me as I’m not getting any help from Eonnext,
I was due to have a single rate meter fitted on February 15th at a cost of £157.86 but for some reason I was told it couldn’t go ahead for some reason and they would get back to me.
But on my recent bill from them I have been charged for the meter,when I contacted them the told me that they had checked and the cost was correct but when I contacted them again to say the meter hasn’t been fitted everything has gone quiet.

I’m changing from an Economy 7 meter to a single rate as we don’t have storage heaters or anything like that.Well I was hoping to change but no luck up to now.
You've discovered theunknowntech and you're in luck. I might be able to diagnose why the installation was aborted, but I can't access your account as a forum volunteer. Would you be OK with posting photos of your existing meters please? Ideally as many as possible from various angles and a few that cover the area around the meter. Feel free to post them across multiple replies if that's easier for you. Once I have those, I'll see what I can figure out.
