Moved into a new build in Dec 2019 and the development was with Scottish Power, we immediately did a change to E.On. I didn't know the development manager had the IHD for our property and once I got this and powered it up, we've never had the gas smart meter working. I've raised this countless number of times and was told the meter has become inactive, any idea of how I can make it active again? E.On haven't been much help and have said they will change the Gas smart meter but haven't given a date.
I'm theunknowntech and I'm a forum volunteer around here. I can try to help you out, but I could do with some photos of both your meters and your IHD please. This helps me to figure out what you've got so I can give the right advice.
