Not something I can fix myself, but if you ask @PeterT_EONNext nicely, he's got that button! It's actually just a case of sending the SMETS Command Update Tariff Configuration with the right parameters. Only takes a few minutes in most cases.
Would it be possible to update my meter too? My tariff figures are about half the value they should be. Thanks

Same issue here. My smart meter display is still showing my pre-October fixed tariff. Current tariff should be nearly three times higher! I have contacted E-on via email and Facebook with no response on either. Any chance of getting it sorted here please?
not any longer. Send an email with tariff update required as the subject and one morning it should be corrected.
