Wrong Meter Marked as Inactive

We had a meter change in October with igloo and all was working fine untill the switch over . Looks like eonnext has disabled the wrong meter in the account. Active meter is ending 2161 but this is disabled to provide reading. Can anyone help. Pics for clarity.

Uh oh, that's definitely not right. If this doesn't get fixed, you'll have a hard time switching supplier and this will mess up the records in the long term. What'll probably need to happen, is that you'll need an engineer visit to validate exactly which meter is still present and have the records updated. In the meantime, please don't submit further gas readings as I fear this will only make your problems worse.

Thank you...just can't understand how can it be so messed up along with my other meter reading post . Still hopeful or else I don't know what to do.

So sorry things have not gone to plan since joining us - not what we want at all!
Looks like you're right, when the meter was switched over we've updated it the wrong way around. Not ideal but thankfully should be fairly easy to fix. I'm sending it off to the team that deal with all things metering but I'll reply to your email now with some more information and keep you updated.
