I was moved over to you guys after Igloo collapsed, rather annoyingly I'd had a smart meter fitted the day before it happend and it's never fully connected.
When I go to my account it shows that I have two electricity meters and 1 gas meter, which isnt correct (should be 1 of each).
My smart meter screen is connected to my meteres ok, and I can see the reading data. But I cant enter this onto your system.
If I try to enter gas it comes up with a 'hmm that doesnt look right' warning. For the electricity I dont know which one to fill out.
I'm assuming I'm being estimated on all three so am probably being massively over charged right now.
Any idea what I do about this? I did speak to live chat about it before Christmas who werent able to help as they said it needed someone to come and look at the meters, but stopped short of telling me how that gets arranged.
Really just want to get this sorted, I thought the whole point of the smart meters is that it was all automated but somethings gone very wrong with the transfer it seems. My guess is that you've been given both my new and old electricity meter details and have automatically set both up.
Uh oh, that definitely sounds pretty messed up there. I think I'll need to ask @Beki_EONNext to stop by for this one, as I need to borrow her superpowers.
What needs to happen is for an engineer to come out and take a look at everything you've actually got - this should have been arranged with you on that last call. Tell you what though, so you don't leave empty handed I'd like to at least do something. Please could you post photos of your meters and IHD - ideally as many as possible at all different angles. Once I have these, I can help you diagnose whether they're connected to DCC at all, since this would be critical in getting things back on the road.
Just another guy passing by... The unknown tech way...

I've taken a bunch of photos of everything as requested. The electricity meter, gas meter and the screens on the smart meter. Hopefully you can make a bit more sense of it than me!
Theres a PDF with all the photos, then some larger ones of the main readings/screens of the electricity and gas meter (it only let me upload five so figured a pdf was the best way to get loads of photos to you!)
You have exposed copper on the earth wire between the terminal block and the main fuse below your meter. Please don't touch this as you might get zapped. There's also possible signs of cable damage as well, Beki might be able to advise on who can get these fixed. I usually know the correct answer there, but yours is an edge case due to exactly where the exposed copper is.
I suspect your meter dropped off the radar as well. Beki might be able to help you check, but I'll keep an eye on the thread as well. I'm not equipped with her powers!
I was transferred to E-ON Next after Igloo collapsed and finished up with my account showing 2 electricity meters. I phoned E-ON Next and Laura is sorting it out for me.
That part asside what do I do about the issue I came here for? Starting to feel pretty hopeless, as mentioned above my account is very clearly wrong @Beki_EONNext
@RickM Oh I'm so sorry, I thought I had replied. I think you need an Energy Specialist to look into this for you as it will require them to look into every detail on your account.
