Just signed by to e-on next, e-on supply by gas and electricity and also my feed in tariff from my solar panels. Now set up an account with e-on next and only my feed it tariff is showing not my dual fuel? Any suggestions?

I'm afraid I'm only a forum volunteer, so I can't access your account. However, I think I know what might be happening here. A FiT/SEG Account is always managed independently of your supply account, regardless of which supplier the accounts are with. Chances are your FiT Account migrated first and the other one hasn't transferred yet. I'd suggest giving it a few more weeks and see what happens from there. If it still doesn't transfer, please contact customer service.

I had to click my account in the top right of the screen, then select "switch account". Then select my gas/electricity account.
