Several complaints to Eon Next by email and still no response

I have been writing by email to Eon Next since January. Latterly I titled the email as a complaint and included the complaints department highlighting the lack of service. Another week later still no response and I have submitted a complaint about lack of response to the complaint. Does Eon Next answer emails and complaints?

What kind of problems are you having with your meters? If you could explain a bit further I might be able to help. As I'm only a forum volunteer I can't access your account or complaint directly so please don't post any personal info. But if you could post photos of the meters, that would be great.

Hi - have had exactly the same experience. I sent the emails to both hi@eonnext.com & unhappy@eonnext.com.
My emails started on 25th January and have since sent repeat questions on 4th Feb, 15th Feb & 17th Feb and would welcome any alternative method.
I did try to call but after 30 minutes on hold assumed that they do not answer the phone either ? -
@JOHNIOW @Rudy, Beki here 👋 Thank you so much for your patience whilst we have been extremely over the past few weeks. I wondered if you had tried to contact us on Facebook and/or Twitter? Although we are crazy busy there too, we have teams there 24/7 at the moment who will be able to assist you.
