Smart Meter Not Sending Electricity Reading

As the title says, no reading has been automatically sent since the 18th December, which coincides with moving over to E.On Next.
Could someone please look into this please. -

I'm theunknowntech, an experienced forum volunteer mentored by the legendary Blastoise186. I'm only a forum volunteer with no access to any systems, but I think I can diagnose your issue. Your meter should have migrated by now so it's probably just yet another read schedule. I'll ask @PeterT_EONNext to stop by in case his powers can kickstart it.Just another guy passing by... It looks like the connection with your Smart Meter is working fine which is good news! Unfortunately, as @theunknowntech mentioned, it seems to have fallen off of the regular monthly reading schedule when your meter details were added to our system (sorry about that, we're aware of this happening and are working on stopping this from happening) I've set this back up for you and we'll start taking your readings each month on the 18th starting with March.
