We were moved to EON Next from EON and our fixed single rate ends in March. We have an economy 7 meter. We don't want Economy 7 and we went with EON because they gave us single rate not day and night rate.
Both online and after ringing customer services we are only offered dual rate, night and day for economy 7. Advisor could not give us single rate. Why? We want the flex single rate tariff that was advertised on website on the day we contacted EON Next (of which I have kept screen shots).
The Economy 7 tariff is really expensive for us. We don't want it and I feel angry that EON next are forcing me to go on this when EON allowed a single rate. I don't want the economy 7 meter, it is pontless for us. Can I get rid of it - it looks years old, ancient, probably from when the previous owners had storage heaters.
The telephone advisor told me they would escalate to a Manager and would lodge as a complaint, but I haven't had anyone from EON Next contact me. Not a happy customer at the moment. I want EON Next to sort this out. Any ideas?
