I had my smart meters fitted on Tuesday and everything seems fine apart from the fact that my IHD (Chameleon 3) won't show how much in kWh I've used in electricity. It shows the cost, but not the kWh - not for today, the week, year, etc.
Any suggestions before I have to contact E-on next?
I've noticed the Zigbee version (presumably the firmware) is 1.0.0 - is this correct or does it update itself?
Could you connect the IHD to Wi-Fi please if possible? It might then pull down firmware updates more easily. Please don't pair via Wi-Fi Protected Setup (WPS) though as that method is unreliable and insecure.
I'm still checking some guides at the moment, so I apologise for the wait. I'm pretty sure the answer is buried in one of the guides somewhere but I have a huge archive to dig through.

@theunknowntech Hi - I don't think it can connect to my home Wi-Fi as there doesn't seem to be any option for this in the menu on the IHD (which is annoying). I've just put another query on the forum here which relates to the same issue although with other problems. Thanks :)
Did you manage to resolve this ? i have exactly the same issue, following meters installed this tuesday. The "Kwh so far today" was one of the things i was interested in.
everything else seems ok. Kwh comes across from the gas meter ok, and the electricity cost seems ok.
Hi - I was given an update which meant my display shows the kWh used. But they haven't switched me over to the new meter on my account so it still shows the old tariff and I can't take any meter readings. I've tried numerous times so now had to make a complaint.
