well seems a common problem perhaps. Recently told that my meter has not been sending readings, yeps it’s a Smarts 1 I understand. Not happy, it was working fine. So I dug out my Duet 2 IHD to obtain readings until the meter is upgraded. Yep it is not connecting and it’s sitting next to the meter so not a signal issue. So I now have a dumb smart meter and have not get on hands and knees for readings again. Rubbish!!
I'm afraid this is a known issue with the Geo Duet II. It doesn't seem to handle the migration to DCC very well and can sometimes take months to even start working again. It's a very old SMETS1 IHD that Geo discontinued a few years ago, so getting support for it now from Geo isn't exactly as easy as it used to be.
Could you show me some photos of your meter please? I might be able to help with some diagnostics.

Thanks, that helps a bit. But unfortunately, that particular meter is pretty useless when it comes to trying to get any diagnostics out of it that I can pull off - because it doesn't really have any.
However, I'll try something that may or may not help. @DebF_EONNext can you try to pull an instant meter reading please? If that doesn't work, comms are dead. If it does, I suspect it's just another read schedule issue.
Unfortunately I can't poll a reading @theunknowntech, @Johnelf it looks like one of our energy specialists has already looked into this for you & it's just a case of waiting to see if the DCC can get comms back for you. In the meantime I would recommend you continue to send us over manual reads to keep your account up to date & as accurate as possible. - Deb 🌻
