I think there should be. Let me see if @PeterT_EONNext can check the read schedule is set correctly. That seems to be the most common issue right now. If you could also post photos of your meters here on your next reply, I can do some diagnostics with you.
Thanks!
Just another guy passing by... The unknown tech way...

With this one, you'll need to get in touch with one of our energy specialists who can assist you further, possibly look to book an appointment if we need to also.
The best way to get in touch is via Facebook or Twitter where someone is available 24/7. If you're unable to do this, please send us an email at hi@eonnext.com with your account number, full name and email address, as well as a brief message stating that your gas meter isn't communicating with us.
Good luck with that
I have been contacting eon and eon next since September 2021 about my so called smart meters not working and i get a defendant excuse every time.
Come on eon pull ya finger out and sort your paying customers meters out.

By what means are you contacting them? Have you tried private message to customer service team on Twitter or Facebook yet❔
@Landmark Messages, Emails Phone calls and live chat when i was on eon. and every time i got a different excuse.
It is now getting beyond a joke as i have no idea how much energy i am using, No idea what my bills are and no idea of checking if the bill i get from Eon Next is right or not as no way of checking them.
My next stop is to see where i stand with legal advice.

OK, but before you consider the legal route, I noticed that Hannah is dealing with your matter today (on this forum); right now; but don't take my word for it, check it out here ⬅
Have you tried for a second time on social media lest your first message somehow was overseen (these things happen you know; they shouldn't but that's life).
Don't forget to keep all evidence of this in the unlikely event that you need to make a complaint.
Also, you can re send a private message to Hannah again here to remind her assuming you think she has not dealt with you to your satisfaction regarding this matter😉
I no longer use twitter and their facebook page is a total waist of time. I am have another problem now with Eon Next canceling my direct debt and my last bill not been taken out of my bank and my new bill has now been stacked on top of my last bill and i have had no contact what so ever from Eon Next to let me know my last bill was not paid.
