I’m currently with E-On Next for electricity, and with another company for gas.
I can’t see anywhere to get a quote for dual fuel from E-On Next while I’m logged in to my E-On Next account - I can only see options for changing my electricity tariff.
If I log out of E-On Next, I can obtain quotes for dual fuel, but these don’t show the electricity tariffs available to me as an existing customer.
Is there a way to get a quote for duel fuel as an existing electricity customer?

Every supplier is different through. Some suppliers let you set up this kind of switch via self-service, while others require customer service to get involved. It all depends on how their systems are set up more than anything else.
Welcome to our community! Sorry you weren't able to sort out bringing your gas over to us online, this sometimes happens if the system get's mixed up and thinks your gas meter isn't linked to your address.
Not to worry though we can still get you a quote and talk you through the options with your tariff's. You can give us a ring on 0808 501 5200 but I'm guessing you'd prefer to do things virtually so don't worry, we have a whole team of digital helpers waiting to help you!
