I was switched over from Symbio to Eon next, I have made requests for a detailed bill with no success I have also sent an email to the Eon Next complaints email address and have had no response, Eon say talk to us if you have a problem - this is just ridiculous as there is no response.
The only route open now seems to be to file a complaint with Ofgem, not a route that I should have to go down.
Anyone else suffering from the terrible customer service from Eon.
It seems there's been a few more Symbio accounts getting stuck and you're not alone. Probably one of the fastest options I can think of would be to get @Anasa_EONNext on the case. There's a few other moderators I can call on as well, but I'm aiming to spread the load between them as poor Beki and Hannah have been getting swamped by me recently. :)
If you still wish to escalate further, please don't go to Ofgem as your complaint will bounce back. Instead, you'll want the Energy Ombudsman who can step in if you've reached deadlock. Ofgem has delegated all complaint handling and resolution to the ombudsman.

I sent a manual reading on the 31st, then got a reply telling a bill/statement would be issued within 48 hours, since then nothing, so you aren`t alone mate.
