Yet another failed smart meter, I have had a new meter fitted last July by Symbio they did not commission it so not registered when transfered to eon I notified you who said that you could see I had a smart meter so I assumed you could read it, I am still getting estimated bills that state I am on a night and day meter but as explained I can only see one reading so I assume I am not on that tariff.

It looks like we might need to request some information from you in relation to your electricity meter that I'm not going to be able to do from here.
If you could please send us either a private message on Facebook or Twitter, we have Energy Specialists available 24/7 there to be able to help you with this. Please have a picture of your meter as well as a picture any tags/stickers that may be located next to the meter.
If you're unable to do the above, then please email us this information along with your account details to hi@eonnext.com so an energy specialist can pick this up and make sure the meter info on your account is listed correctly.
