I have tried to get e-on to replace my meter tails as they are too small for me to fit an EV charger. First a phone call about 15-December - said they would call back, didn't happen. The a protracted Messenger char from 21-December to 28-January during which I was given a sot of 10th-13th January, didn't happen, then another for 2nd-7th February, no confirmation received.
As it's e-on's responsibility how do I get them to do it? PLEASE HELP......
