When I log into my account there is an option under energy, book a smart meter installation. When I click on the link it just returns to my account page with no option to continue the process. Any ideas please?
Its absolutely ridiculous. I moved into my property 3 months ago and they refuse to move me to a credit meter (smart meter) even though i passed the credit check. No explanation at all. Just No, sorry.

@KevinW that sounds like a bug in the system. I'll ask @Beki_EONNext to see if she can help you out with that one.
@EllGee I'm wondering if maybe there's no WAN coverage in your area perhaps? It's not something I can check myself but Beki probably can. Even if you can't get a Smart Meter, it might still be possible to get a Credit Meter of some kind if you want to get off Prepayment and the credit check came back clean.

@KevinW I think this is one that I can pass on to the tech team as it has been an issue that they have fixed in the past, but to book your smart meter appointment for the time being, I suggest popping the Energy Specialists a message on Facebook/Twitter as they're there 24/7. 😊
