My SMETS 2 meter is sending Electric but not Gas readings. In July 2021 Eon Fitted SMETS 2 meters to my property, In August I moved from Eon to Eon Next, Both Elec and Gas stoped sending readings after months of pushing Eon Next to get them working In Dec 2021 the Electric started sending readings, The Gas still does not after 5 months, Customer service keep fobbing me off its being sorted, but nothing has happened for 2 months, Can this be sorted ?
I think it's worth getting @Beki_EONNext to try the simple fix first - sometimes it's just a case of the read schedule not being set up. If that's not been done, it will mean no meter readings.
I could also try to diagnose the problem, but I'll need to see photos of your meters please. This helps me work out what you've got and what diagnostics I can suggest.

@KevChapman Hey there, I have had a look at your account and it does seem that there is not billing date for the gas - I have sent that off now and will check back in the next few days.
I totally understand it's frustrating. My gas still hasn't connected for some reason. I need an engineer... lol 😎
