Hi, I'm so worried, my fixed term contract has ended, and been moved to a variable rate, the price has gone through the roof, I live alone and on a low income, is there anyone who can put my mind at ease and what can I do.
As with every diverse community, there is always a mixture of opinions, knowledge as well as understanding - that’s what makes it such a great place to be!
