I`m a tad confused, today (1/2) I switched to a new substantially more expensive variable tariff, after today i expected to see the prices reflected on my smart meter, but they appear to be the same.
Now don`t get me wrong I would be delighted if they stay the same but i suspect the bills will not reflect that.
How can I keep control of my spending if I`m not getting accurate readings?

Heya! It sounds like another case of tariff rates not downloading properly. It's actually a pretty easy fix and I can save you some time there by not making you go via customer service. As I'm only a volunteer, I can't access your meters myself, but I'll get @HannahD_EONNext on the case. A quick blast of the Update Tariff Configuration SMETS Command should do the trick.
Your bills won't be affected though, as they're generated by a different system using actual meter readings and the active tariff rates on your account.

Pleased to hear your smart meter updated, I'd love to claim the credit but I think it probably just took a little longer to do it automatically before I could even take a look!
