@Ozzymarc Hey there, thank you for letting me know what the lights are doing. It is rather odd that it comes up with gas, and also that we have not had a reading since 24th Jan. I have raised this with the smart team who will get in touch and let me know if it needs an appointment or whether this is a DCC issue atm. Please bear with me, as they are not super fast at responding but the will update your account, then I'll pop you a message. It will be interesting to find out what the outcome of this is so I can learn from it 🤓

These things take a Comatose amount of time to sort out, it's becoming a bit of a joke.
I've been waiting since early January for this meter / Comms / Whatever, to be sorted!
How hard can it be to reset, reboot or whatever a Smart meter / Comms system!??
My contract is up on March 31st, I've been speaking to other providers who say they've heard of this issue with their equipment too, and they usually sort it out within 24 hours.
@Ozzymarc Sorry for the delayed response. The smart team are currently 3 months behind with demand but they are slowly getting there. I understand your frustration but I will pop you a message as soon as I get a response.

I and many others rely on Smart meters to be able to wind back usage if we are using too much energy.
Clearly can't do this if the smart meter is useless.
Strange how the Smart meter stopped working when the new horrendous energy prices were announced 🤔
@Ozzymarc That is a very strange coincidence indeed. I have tried all the fixes that I can myself (I know all of the ones that usually get the smart meters connected again) but your account does require it to go to the smart meter team unfortunately. I apologise it does take time, but I have a reminder on your account to check back each week, and the smart team will email me directly when they respond. Thank you for your patience.
