I emailed the moving out email address 3-4 weeks ago but I haven't had anything back from them. I'm currently paying the direct debit for this property and I don't live there anymore. When will I hear back from the moving out team?
If it's been that long, it's possible that your request was missed. You might want to give customer service a call and remind them about this. Just in case though, I'll flag @Beki_EONNext and @HannahD_EONNext in case they're able to trace what's happened.
Once the request is processed correctly, your bills should stop racking up and once you pay off the final bill, you'll be fully disassociated with the property and that supply. It might be possible to backdate the request, but I can't say for sure.
