Nope, that's unrelated. It's for the CAD (Consumer Access Device) features that exist on almost any current IHD that isn't the IHDL SmartView 2. But you won't need those features right now so the Account Pairing option won't do anything or have any impact.
The tariff rates are gathered from the data on your meters instead. :)

The ivie Bud does actually work pretty well in almost all cases, but Chameleon Technology does have a very, very solid refund policy in place. If you try out the ivie Bud and it doesn't work out for you, they'll offer to take it back and issue a full refund so you can't really lose out by trying it. The issue that @emmajayne91 is having is more of an E.On Next issue than an ivie Bud issue as well (Chameleon can't fix everything!).
Could you show me some photos of everything please? I can try to diagnose any possible issues and recommend where to go from there.
@rahC yeah my ivie bud is working as it should be it’s Eon Next that need to pull it together. The ivie bud is fab worth the money. @Beki_EONNext @theunknowntech just to update you I’ve left it a week and it’s still showing my old tariff….
Hi @emmajayne91 I'm sorry to see that your prices still haven't updated on your ivie bud IHD 😔
We've sent the update on 4th April and this has bounced back with an error I'm afraid. I've sent this again today in the hope that this will work.
The tariff change update should go through after midnight so please let me know if this still hasn't updated tomorrow - I may have to escalate this to our back office Smart Team so we can get this update sent out to your meter if this doesn't work again.
