@Beki_EONNext as a side note, the ivie Bud cannot be managed by E.On Next, only by Chameleon Technology. You'll want to make sure the update targets the meters rather than connected IHDs. :)
The only thing you can do as a supplier, is unpair such a device from the HAN. But please don't ever do this unless the user has asked for it, as getting it paired again is not easy! :D
@Beki_EONNext just checked again now and still no update. It should have been on my new tariff straight away when I got it as I have been on the tariff since 1st march
@theunknowntech @Beki_EONNext I spoke to someone from eon next on messenger and they advised they will send an update to my ihd. That was over a week ago so something isn’t being done correctly
@theunknowntech another question on the Ivie bud it has an option account pairing when I click on it it just stays on a screen saying pair CAD to account waiting…….
it doesn’t actually connect to anything. Could that be causing the issue with the tariff?
