If there's no connection to the meter at all within 24 hours of setup, Chameleon Technology will get in touch with you directly. Hang in there for now. This process can take up to 12 hours in some cases!

There doesn't seem to be an update just yet โน. Please do rest assured that @PeterT_EONNext will let you know as soon as he hears anything! There is currently a massive backlog in our SMART department (about 30 days ๐คฏ). But we haven't forgotten about you!

Hi @emmajayne91 I'm sorry that this still hasn't been resolved for you yet - I've had a look today and some attempts have been made since we last spoke, but there is still a problem sending an update through to the in home display to get the prices to update.
Whilst I'm still looking into this, please can you confirm if the IHD you're using is the one in the below picture?
Ok. No that is my old IHD I have the Ivie bud now please
see the picture attached with the IHD information. Also just to confirm, the actual meter still has the wrong tariff on it too so the actual meter needs the update then Iโm guessing the IHD will follow with a correct update @theunknowntech is this correct?
Yup, the SMETS Command Update Tariff Configuration targets the meters rather than the IHD. All connected IHDs then pull down the tariff data from the meter at the next heartbeat after the update.
