I've had a look and we're getting a communication error with your meter when trying to send the tariff update - I've referred this to a colleague in our Smart Team to find out why this is happening so we can get this update sent through. I should hopefully know more within the next couple of days.
Sorry this hasn't been sorted for you yet, but hopefully we're on the right track to getting this fixed for you ASAP

@emmajayne91 I just wanted to check something whilst we're looking into this for you, as we need to see if the tariff has updated on the meter itself and not on the in home display.
When you can, please can you go to your electricity meter and find the screen with your unit rates/standing charges on? They can be a little tricky to get up on your meter but you should be able to bring them up by doing the following.
Hold the 'OK' button until it enters the ‘Main Menu’, you should see ‘Billing’ appear
Hold OK again to enter the ‘Billing’ sub-menu
Using the arrows, you'll need to navigate around the screens until you can find your prices. If they've not changed, they should say something like '16.93p' unit rate and '21.86' for the standing charge (similar to what shows on your IHD currently.)
If you can't see this and instead you can see the prices '26.19' for the unit rate and '43.01' for the standing charge, then please let me know so I can pass this onto our Smart Team.
We will get to the bottom of this for you, I promise!

He had no choice Beki. You all lost my challenge so Peter knew that the forfeit he had to do was to catch up with all the tariff update commands that backlogged on here recently! XDJust another guy passing by... The unknown tech way...
