I was moved from Symbio the back end of Oct 21, two weeks after they installed a new smart meter.
My Eon Next account was credited with the balance from Symbio a couple of days after Symbio sent me my last bill at the end of November 21 and I've been sending regular meter readings via the Eon Next users portal.
I phoned the customer help line a couple of weeks ago as I'd not yet had a bill and the smart meter was now displaying awaiting initialisation (in the settings it's still shown as Symbio being my provider). The young lady kindly used the last meter reading I'd submitted and took a payment but I've yet to receive any form of bill.
Two questions, has anyone any idea when I'll receive my initial bill and how long does it take to switch the smart meter over to a new provider.
