@DWMcc Hey there, I'm still waiting for a response from the smart team about this. Can you possibly send me a meter readings so at least I can get your bill out to you sooner rather than later. I've tried all I can from my end and it needs a little more input from the smart team. They're in a back log at the moment but they are working through the accounts that need more input.
@Beki_EONNext Beki. Manged to get through to your team yesterday (52 minutes on hold ☹). Bill now issued and paid. Just the smart meter to go but that can wait until such times as they clear the backlog.
@DWMcc Ah you're welcome Dave. I apologise it was such a long wait. As you can imagine, with the current energy situation everything is pretty hectic and response times are a lot slower than we would like. We are working around the clock to get through the backlog at the moment. Thank you for your patience.
@DWMcc Can you post pictures of your meters and coms hub? @theunknowntech is an expert on all this stuff. Your meters, being installed so recently by Symbio, should be of the SMETS2 type and supposedly capable of connection to any supplier.
Current Eon Next customer, ex EDF, Zog and Symbio. Don't think dual fuel saves money and don't like smart meters. Chronologically Gifted. If I offend let me know by private message, but I’ll continue to express my opinions nonetheless.
I can usually try to do some diagnostics with you, in case that helps. If you have got SMETS2 meters then I'd be absolutely shocked if they've failed to even connect to DCC by now...
However, my previous diagnostics indicated that your meters were already commissioned, but somehow got stuck in the transfer from Symbio. Let me get @Beki_EONNext on the case again. This may need manual intervention with tools that I don't have access to.

@DWMcc Heya, Beki here! I am very sorry for not getting back to you.
The smart team usually email with your account number etc and this would of prompted a reply from me, however they haven't done so which is really pants.
I have sent them off another email to the smart, this time with a complaint attached, as I feel this has gone on much, much longer than I had expected.
Please bear with me, they should be back in touch with me swiftly now I have given them a poke.
