Those are SMETS2 meters, so this isn't too tricky. They should reconnect within around six weeks of your switch date, as long as there's nothing slowing things down. If those meters worked fine with Igloo, they'll definitely transfer eventually without too much trouble - it just takes time for Igloo to release control and allow E.On Next to assume control!
Just another guy passing by... The unknown tech way...

Could you show me some photos of your meters please? I'm currently attempting to research this for you, but Igloo aren't making it easy. Once I've seen those photos, I'll be able to help you out.
While I'm at it though, there's a possible safety issue identified here. Please contact customer service about this as soon as possible. I've identified the following issues:
Missing Tamper Seals: Main Fuse x2
You won't be able to repair this yourself, but there's no cost to have new seals fitted again. Please don't touch anything in your meter cupboard in the meantime!
I have the same issue, my electric meter is working with eon next, my gas meter is not. My IHD is reporting that eon next is the supplier for both and is displaying data for both. I get a data feed via MQTT from HIldebrand/Glow so I know that DCC has the data. I dont understand why eon next is still estimating readings for me. Its been months now since I was transferred from Igloo. the six weeks mentioned by @theunknowntech passed by a long time ago.
@scott Hey, Beki here! 😎 I can see that you spoke to my lovely colleague Jo the other day and she has solved the problem for you. I have managed to poll your readings, bill you up to date and also get the readings to generate a bill automatically from the 19th because of Jo's handy work! 🙌
