no off peak supply

my off peak supply is no longer working therefore no heating or hot water , have spent 20+ hours on calls to cs without getting through to anyone , no response to emails sent and no response to social media messages , being without supply for 5 days help !!!!!!!!!

Have you tried calling 0808 501 5088 by any chance? Someone should be around until 10pm tonight and they might be able to get an engineer out.Just another guy passing by... The unknown tech way...
