I think it's possible that your Direct Debit payment is still on the way to E.On at the moment. As long as it came out of your bank account successfully, you don't need to do anything else - and you will not be chased for any debt collection. Give it a few more days and you should see it clear through the system. If it doesn't clear by next Friday, please alert customer service and ask them to trace the payment.

@theunknowntech thanks for your reply ! Well the payment was made on 4th of january and is still showing pending on the eon account...it was gone from my bank account. Thank you for your help. I tryied to find eon next live chat but i couldnt find anywhere... only this community thing i found. Very hard to find...

Our wonderful forum volunteer is correct and your payment is just on it's way over to us still - don't worry you won't be hassled for payments as it's pending. It's all been a little slow after the bank holidays etc but it will be in your account soon.
