There's a few more moderators around now who might be able to respond faster than Beki. I'm keeping an eye on this thread so I'll ask one of them to stop by if Beki can't make it. In the meantime, please make sure your IHD is connected to your home Wi-Fi network as well if you can - this helps to improve the reliability of any firmware updates :)

I have sent an update to your device and it is due to send me readings over on the 28th. I would like to see if this works with the update and also your meters sending readings, because at the moment, your meters are not allowing me to poll readings through. 🤔
I have (also) been as TUT stated
keeping an eye on this thread
with interest because I am also affected by the same firmware glitch and although it isn't a big issue for me, its good to see how it can get fixed. For the benefit of the community, do you think it would be a good idea if this thread can go sticky?
@Beki_EONNext
Hi Beki. Sorry the meter is still reading wrong.
As I said, it shows the Kwh incorrectly - as an example on a day when i used 2 Kwh it shows the usage as 0.02 Kwh, on a day when I used 0.5 Kwh it shows the usage as 0.00 Kwh.
However the 'usage now' screen is correct.
Do you want to to try the firmware update again, or is there another unit that can be sent out?
I wonder looking at the number of posts online if there is a faulty batch or the firmware version is screwed up?
Probably not at the moment. It'd just cause more clutter. And I don't have that power anyway.
Notwithstanding that you don't have that power, the reasons I suggested for making this thread sticky are as follows:
There are over 4000 viewers for this thread over 4 week timeframe (over 1000 viewers per week) making it one of the most popular.
It would only be for a temporary time period until all units get rectified
There are so many threads under the help and support category
Perhaps an alternative would be a posting under 'announcements'?
As a heads up I woke up this morning and my unit is now reading correctly!
whether it's a general fix or the updat@Beki_EONNext mentioned I don't know !

Hey that's great news; me too😁
That only leaves the remaining glitch causing my unit to automatically toggle itself from 'daily usage', to 'weekly usage' display mode without me touching it; however it's a minor one that doesn't bother me that much, however I am still wondering if it's worth announcing🙄
There are more issues which I think is better to raise in the discussions section of this forum in my thread dedicated to the idiosyncracys of the infamous Chameleon IHD3 here

Hi Beki, I have a similar problem. I have a Trio II from Geo Together supplied to me when I was at British Gas. Geo are telling my it's an installer config problem on the back end.
The smart meter is displaying Mega Watts used instead of Kilo Watts used.
