I cannot find a way to logout of my account.

I apologise @Queenie, lots of posts to go through. The principal is the same though and you'll find the log out button under your account menu.

@Beki Thanks Beki. Unfortunately, I'm using Windows 10 on my laptop and the browser page doesn't give me the logout option as it's too far down the page. This is a security issue which I haven't managed to solve yet. I may try another browser to see if that works.

@Queenie, I believe this has been brought up in the past and you can zoom out on the page and you should be able to see the logout button.

Ahh ha! I think I have a fix then. It's quite possible that your DPI Scaling settings are set to something silly. It's an easy fix though - you'll be amazed how often it happens by default.

This fix will not break your laptop, but it might make text a bit smaller. Feel free to tweak the settings a bit until you find the right balance. Alternatively you can apply my fix as-is and then just zoom in to anything you need to read more clearly. These exact steps work only for Windows 10. They're similar for Windows 11 though if you poke about a bit further.

1. Open the Start Menu and launch the Settings app
2. Click System > Display
3. Under Scale and layout, change the setting for Change the size of text, apps and other items to 100% - you may need to restart your laptop to fully apply the changes
4. Click Advanced scaling settings
5. Make sure to enable the setting Let Windows try to fix apps so they're not blurry
6. Restart your laptop to fully apply the changes

After that, give things a try to see how it goes. If everything is now too small for you to read, you can repeat these steps again but with something like 125% as a middle ground, or simply zoom things in. Most stuff works best at 100% anyway. Give that a try, it might help.

@Beki Re logging out of energy account. Just tried using google chrome instead of Firefox and I can see the logout button.
