I have not received paper bills for some time and I only have access to a computer when I visit a relative which is making it difficult to monitor what is happening. Does anyone know a way to switch paper statements on so I get them instead of emails?

Usually you can do this via your online account, however in this instance I have gone ahead and done this for you 😎
This should be possible, but you may need to have a chat with customer service to set this up. I'm not sure if you can do this self-service as I'm not supplied by E.On or E.On Next so I can't check for myself. You might want to wait until just after the New Year though, as the phones are likely to be swamped over the next couple of weeks.
Hope this helps.

Hi Beki - I should be set up for paper statements to be sent (as I was with E.On) but wanted to double check. You say that paper/paperless is something you can usually set up within your online account - but WHERE. I have searched high and low and cannot find any such setting to tell me what setting I am on or how to change it if required. Like DavidL who started this thread I do not have regular use of a computer so rely on receiving paper statements to keep track of my account.
@BobP Hey there! Thank you for your message. There have been some change to the website/app recently and as we take every opportunity to be greener and so the default delivery method for bills is via email (if you've got one on your account). I have had a look at your account and have seen that you are set up for paper statements 😊
