new smart meter installed 6 months ago, has been working fine it'll 44 days ago when the electric reading stopped being sent to the smart meter, on line account also shows nor recent readings submitted.

I'll need your help a bit though. Could you show me some photos of your meters please? Feel free to post them in this thread in your next reply. The advice I can give depends on whether you've got SMETS1 or SMETS2, so these photos really help me to make sure I'm definitely giving the right information. Once you've provided those in this thread, I'll see if I can help.
Response times will be slower than usual right now as I'll have to wait for a moderator to approve your post, but I will keep an eye on things for when it goes live.

@mikehorne, Hey there, I'm Beki - the Community Manager. Thank you so much for posting on our Community. I have sent an email off to the Smart Metering team as we seem to have lost connection with your meter. This does happen from time to time and now it has been brought to my attention, the smart team can fix this error remotely. It may still take some time to completely fix but we are on the case! ๐ช
I've had the same issue where my smart meter stopped giving electricity meter details. The smart meter was installed around September last year and was working fine until March. I tried phoning to report this and, on the third attempt, actually got someone who knew what I was talking about! He said he would report the issue to the team to get it sorted but still nothing. And now my account is saying I will need to send meter readings again. The gas one is still showing fine it's just the electricity one.

I've sent off the info required as well as requesting your meter to send us the reads on the 9th of each month, along with your gas Smart Meter. If all goes as planned, come 9th May, we should receive both of your readings from both meters to use in your bill.

Thank you so much Pete - does that mean my electricity info will start showing on the in-home display unit again soon? That's not so important, as long as the readings are being received by yourselves. One more thing (sorry!), how will I know you have received the readings? Do I just login to my account to check it that way? Thanks again for all your help on this
Thank you so much - attached are photos of my electricity meter and IHD. The gas one is showing on the display and I have previously shut down the IHD and restarted to try and get it to 'talk' to the electricity meter but it didn't happen.
