I'm afraid I wouldn't know unfortunately. The SoLR process as a whole is under a huge strain with over two million accounts being flung all over the place, so it's likely to take longer than usual. However, I get the feeling that your account has gotten into a bad state and the credit transfer may have stalled. I'd suggest giving customer service a call on 0808 501 5200.

Sorry it sounds like you've been given wrong information there, as long as Symbio have produced your final bill but not sent you a refund, we should be sent the details to issue you with a cheque for any credit owed. It is taking a long time to get all of these sent over to us (as you'll see from the queries above!) but it will happen.
The bit we're not responsible for is getting the final bill sent to you. If you haven't had the final bill through yet please send me a DM with your name and address and I'll see what we can find out for you.
