I'm afraid I wouldn't know unfortunately, but if I was to guess... Probably within the next few weeks or so. If you're planning to switch away to another supplier, I'd recommend waiting for your gas account to migrate over first and for your final refunds to come through from Igloo before attempting to switch. If you try to move away in the meantime, there's a chance the switch might get delayed or rejected, since only one can be happening at a time.

I have the same problem. My gas account has transferred from Igloo, but the electricity account is still nowhere to be seen.
I did try to post about this yesterday evening, but my new account here was immediately banned with no reason or notification provided! I have not had a particularly good experience with Eon Next so far!
