As a new customer I'm keen to ensure I'm getting the best price, and the website has this link:
However, when I click on 'get A Quote' I get this option;
Now, I don't know whether I want to 'Renew' (the only clickable option) - is this just poor website design and should that link read 'Re-Quote' or am I actually committing myself to renewing if I click it?
Probably just poor web design to me. Can't hurt to see what happens if you click renew. But before committing, I would recommend shopping around first, just in case a better deal exists elsewhere so that you can make an informed decision.
Just so you know, you cannot switch to any supplier that's currently in Special Administration or has entered the Supplier of Last Resort process. If you come across any quotes from those suppliers in your searches, please disregard them as you'd never be able to actually sign up anyway.

@pkroberts Heya! Beki here! 👋 Oh gosh, that's a little confusing if I do say so myself!! 😂 If you click the renew now button I believe it would show you your quotes. I am happy to have a look into your account for you if you would like to pop me your account n umber, name and email address into a private message.
In light of this, I have sent your pics over to the tech team to investigate - if I could get your account number by private message it would help them look into it further for you :)
Having now tried to do what should be other 'simple' operations on your website (e.g. find out how much fuel I've used this month and how much it's cost me) I realise that the design of the whole website is nothing short of appalling. I think as soon as I have the account straight I'll move to another supplier.
@pkroberts I'm sorry that you feel that way and I have popped your comments and pictures over to the tech team. All the information you have requested however, is on your monthly bills.
