With Eon I was always sent a bill, usually the day after submitting readings. But this stopped and my last bill is dated 30th Sept. I have not had a bill since. Eon next state they send monthly bills, when?

Best Answer@anselm Heya, Beki here 👋 I've had a look at your account and your meters are missing a billing schedule which means your meters didn't know when to send us readings.
Do not fear though, I have gone ahead an corrected this so from 10th Feb your meters will send us readings!

Now, with my smart meters fitted, I am billed on the 27th day of every month and this has happened without fail everytime. -
Did you manage to get it sorted i am having same issues i cannot contact eon by phone email social media or online chat

@Landmark I too have not received a bill since September. I have a smart meter, installed by Eon, and used to get regular quarterly bills but all I get now is an email that I am substantially in credit. When I go online I find that smart meter readings have not been taken so I don't know what the true picture is.

I have the same issue. I have a smart meter and the last reading was December 15th. I sent a reading several weeks ago but my account still shows a credit balance for my payments: but no usage.

I think we were awaiting a smart meter reading and that's why it wasn't billed.
I have billed to your reading you supplied on 14th Jan and you should receive an email soon!
