Best AnswerAnother thread from my home forum suggests that the final refunds from Igloo have started to go out, per this thread. If they're being done as a cheque in the post, it will take a few days to arrive.
As for transferring credit balances over via SoLR... That actually can take a while to sort out, since the Ofgem Safety Net is not the fastest thing in the world. Your credit balances will be safe of course, but it's a long process to get everything moved over. Especially when lawyers or administrators are involved.Just another guy passing by... My friend mentioned he saw the same question recently on another forum. It seems to be taking quite a long time to get things sorted out for some reason.
Not much I can suggest other than to hang in there for now, or use the complaints process if another month goes by with no results. -
I can refer you to what I stated on; Missing credit - E.ON Next Community (eonnext.com)

Mainly because I am going to move soon and with my luck I know it will fall through various cracks lol -
Gotcha, in that case my advice would be to stay put for now until you've got the credit moved over, then switch supplier when you're ready. While the spare credit should eventually catch up with you regardless of where you are by the time it's released, staying with the SoLR Appointed Supplier until the credit balance has been migrated is always going to be the easiest and smoothest option. As soon as it's through, feel free to jump ship the same day if you want to. The final refund from E.On would automatically throw it all back into your bank account once the final bill to E.On has been paid off.
