I was wondering if you could help me with a question we've got?
We're really interested in understanding why customers hang up before they've been able to talk to someone, especially when the call is ended within 2 mins. If you have a couple of minutes, would you mind answering this quick poll?

Hmm... It seems as if the Poll got corrupted somehow and all the data from it might have been wiped out by a bug. Either that or no-one responded to the Poll before it closed.
I've seen this happen before a few times with vBulletin and unfortunately the data is probably lost to a black hole. So there probably isn't any results and it's unlikely that they can be recovered easily unless a backup exists somewhere.

I remember this being posted earlier in the year and as far as I could tell, no one responded. I certainly didn't see any responses whilst the poll was open, nor shortly after when it closed.
There is no software that runs vBulletin as such. Since vBulletin is the forum software that's running this instance, pretty much the only things running below it would be Linux, Apache Web Server, MySQL and PHP since the server is probably running on a LAMP stack. It seems to be more or less up-to-date at least.
I just looked through some historical versions of this thread. No-one ever touched the poll before the timer ran out. So there isn't any results to show.
