I had a SMART meter installed 11 months ago. During that time, I've used 466 kWh of gas.
That is correct, I live on my own and the gas is on 2 hours a day for water, the heating has been off since about March.

Now, if I look at my downloaded energy bill, my gas is listed as "Usage Estimated 101 kWh" just for Aug-Sept. Which in reality was 9 kWh according to my smart meter and my smart meter readings in my account.

Further, my bill also says "Estimated Annual Gas 6,500 kWh". When, again, it's less than 500

Firstly, why?

Secondly, why am I being billed for estimated usage when my SMART meter readings are being submitted and show in my account correctly?
