I was moved from nPower to Eon Next and already have smart meters that are still sending regular readings to my new Eon account.
But I keep getting emails saying I need to book my smart meter fitting.
Clearly I already have them and they are working, why can't they see this and stop bothering me
How can I make Eon stop sending me theses requests!?
There doesnt appear to be any way to email them or "chat" on line
do i really need to call them?

It sounds like you probably will need to give them a call as there's no live chat and going in via email will probably not be fast enough. I have the tech skills to figure out a way to "block" those emails from reaching your inbox and/or filtering them out straight into the bin, but I'd rather not use them - since some of my solutions would almost certainly dent E.On's sender reputation and possibly result in other stuff landing in spam for other people...
